  1. Is this the only City Dept. to have employees misuse their work hours by surfing for porn on the taxpayers dime? "I doubt it," was Alderman, Chris Robinson's remark at Tuesday's meeting. It appears that porn has been cleaned off the City's computers last summer, while some of our city workers are bringing their own computers to work. What fills their work hours? Are we overstaffed, that bordum drives them to distraction or is this just the tip of the iceberg leading to poor management, bad employees, coverups and lack of definitive employee manuals. It is definitely time for the Police Chief to retire.
